50% payment deposit is required at time of reservation, the remaining 50% is due on December 1st of the calendar year prior to ski trip.

Cancellations are accepted according to our cancellation policy. If a participant emails us with a written request to cancel, the following terms apply:
1. If the cancellation is made more than 4 months in advance, a 25% cancellation fee will be levied
2. If the cancellation is made between 2-4 months in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be levied
3. If the cancellation is made less than 2 months in advance, no refunds will be offered.
